Ingredients
- 1 14 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk (about 1 2/3 c.)
- 1 3-oz. pkg. lime jello
- 1 3/4 c. hot water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 2 tsp. lemon juice (fresh, frozen or canned)
- 2 c. chocolate-wafer crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- Semi-sweet chocolate, shaved

Preparation
Step 1
Chill evap. milk in freezer till icy cold. Dissolve jello in the hot water. Chill till partially set.
Whip till fluffy; stir in sugar and fruit juices. Whip chilled milk; fold into jello mixture. Combine crumbs and melted butter; press into bottom of 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2" pan. Pour jello mixture over crumbs. Top with shaved chocolate. Chill till firm. Cut in squares.
