Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 10-oz. frozen spinach
- 1 1-lb. spaghetti sauce
- 1 8-oz. tomato sauce
- 1 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 1 7-oz. (2 c.) shell or elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 beaten eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Brown first 3 ingred. in large skillet. Cook spinach; drain, reserving liquid. Add water to make 1 c. Add spinach liquid and next 5 ingred. to meat mixture. Simmer 10 mins. Combine spinach with macaroni and remaining ingred. Spread in 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish. Top with meat sauce. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Let stand 10 mins. before cutting and serving.
