Whipped Jello Mold

Maybe be served either as a salad or dessert.

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. lemon jello
• 1 pkg. cream cheese
• 1 can crushed pineapple
• 1 c. whipping cream
• 1/2 c. chopped nuts
• 1/4 c. marashino cherries (cut in pieces)

Preparation

Step 1

Make jello as usual. Whip with rotary beater when it begins to congeal. Soften cheese and mash with fork. Add cheese, pineapple, chopped nuts, and cherries. Whip cream until stiff and add to mixture. Pour into mold and chill.
