  • 12 red peppers
  • 12 green peppers
  • 15 onions
  • ____Chop in coarse food chopper.
  • 1 pint plus 1 c. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 c. sugar

Step 1

Scald the chopped peppers and onion in hot water 5 mins. Drain and scald again with 2 1/2 cups hot water and 1 c. vinegar, 1 c. water, the salt and sugar. Boil until clar and can hot.
