Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 3-oz. package lime jello
- 1/2 c. grated American cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped pimiento
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 2/3 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 . c. heavy cream, whipped
- Small stuffed olives, sliced
- Curley endive

Preparation
Step 1
Drain pineapple. Heat pineapple syrup to a boil. Add to lime gelatine and stir until gelatine is dissolved. Cool. When gelatine begins to thicken, add the pineapple, cheese, pimineto, celery, nuts and salt. Fold in whipped cream. Place a row of sliced stuffed olives in bottom of 9-inch ring mold. Pour gelatine mixture into mod and chill until firm. Arrange endive on platter: unmold salad on top.
