Ingredients

  • 1 7-oz. package spaghetti
  • 1 lb. beef
  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 10 1/2 or 11-oz. can of mushroom soup
  • 1 10 1/2 or 11- oz. can of condensed tomato soup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 6-8 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Dash pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Form ground bee into 1" balls; roll in flour. Brown in hot fat. Add onion and garlic; cook till golden. Combine milk and vinegar; mix with spaghetti, soups, and seasonings: pour over meat balls. Cover and simmer 1 hr, stirring occassionally.
