Ingredients
- 1 7-oz. package spaghetti
- 1 lb. beef
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 10 1/2 or 11-oz. can of mushroom soup
- 1 10 1/2 or 11- oz. can of condensed tomato soup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 6-8 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Dash pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Form ground bee into 1" balls; roll in flour. Brown in hot fat. Add onion and garlic; cook till golden. Combine milk and vinegar; mix with spaghetti, soups, and seasonings: pour over meat balls. Cover and simmer 1 hr, stirring occassionally.
