Sour Cream Dressing

A delicious dressing for fruit salads or for fresh lettuce, cold slaw, etc. Vinegar may be used instead of the lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pt. thick sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. ready mixed salad mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Mix mustard into sugar, add lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Mix well. Fold into cream. Do not beat or stir, but try to keep the cream as thick as possible.
