- Pineapple: bite-sized pieces cut from a fresh pineapple
- Hot honey mustard
- Won Ton Wrappers

Step 1
Take a Won Ton Wrapper, spread center with a bit of hot honey mustard and plunk one piece of pineapple in the center. Wrap and pinch ends, using a bit of water if necessary to seal. Taste test; if too hot, reduce the amount of the honey mustard.
When you have finished wrapping several of these, place them in a steaming tray or in rice steamer for about 5 mins. Serve with more sauce on the side. You may also boil them or fry them in deep hot oil.
