Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 c. flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 1/4 c. sugar
• 1 c. shortening
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Sift dry ingredients together. Add shortening and mix in with a fork. Add unbeaten eggs one at a time and flavoring. Roll out very thin on floured board and cut with cookie cutters. Bake in 350 oven for about 8 mins. (Add a little more flour when using a cookie press).
