Mince Meat Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c. butter
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. hot water
• 1 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 3/4 c. flour
• 1 c. nuts
• 1 pkg. mince meat
• 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar, add beaten eggs. Dissolve soda in hot water, add flour and salt sifted together. Break mince meat in small pieces and mix with chipped nuts and mix this well with the 1/2 c. flour. Add to the butter mixture, mix well. Drop on well greased cookie sheet and bak in 350 oven 10-15 mins.
