Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 c. sifted flour
- Reserve egg whites
- Chopped nuts

Step 1
Cream butter untill soft. Blend in sugar, add egg yolk beating until light. Add flour and roll dough into small balls (1" in diameter). Dip in unbeaten egg white, then roll in chopped nuts. Bake slow in about 300 oven for about 20 min.
