- 2 3/4 lbs top sirloin steaks
- 2 T cooking oil
- 2 T pear juice
- 2 T low sodium soy sauce **
- 1/4 c water
- 1/2 t ground ginger
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t coriander

Step 1
Pierce steaks with a fork in several places on each side. Combine other ingredients in a shallow dish or plastic ziplock bag. Marinated meat overnight. Remove from marinade, drain well, and grill over med hot coals until done.
