Ingredients
- 1-1 1/4 lb chicken breast
- 1/2 C chicken or veggie broth
- 1/4 C Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 C cherry or grape tomatoes
- 3 TBSP Chopped FRESH basil (Fresh makes a huge difference)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place chicken in a sprayed baking dish.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
3. Pour the broth, vinegar over the chicken
4. Place the tomatoes ontop of the chicken
5. Spinkle the chicken with the fresh basil
6. Bake at 400 for about 25 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked
