Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. powdered sugar, sifted before measuring
  • 1/4 tsp. anise oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 c. flour

Step 1

Whip eggs very stiff. Add sugar and beat 10 mins. Add flour and anise oil and beat again for 10 mins. Drop on greased cookie sheet by scant teaspoonsfuls. Let stand overnight. Bake 325 oven for about 15 mins.
