Ingredients
- 1 fully cooked center cut ham slice, 1 in. thick.
- 1/2 cup gingerale
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves

Preparation
Step 1
Slash fat edge of ham. Pour remaining ingredients over ham in shallow dish after combining them thoroughly.
Refrigerate overnight or let stand at room temperature 2 hours. Spoon marinade over ham several times.
Brown over coals of a charcoal fire about 15 min. on each side, brushing frequently with marinade.
I would probably cook in the oven.
