  • 2 tsp. yeast
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 6 tbsp. sugar, divided
  • 3 1/3 c. bread flour
  • 1 cup + 3 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon

Step 1

Add yeast, salt, 2 tbsp. sugar, bread flour, and water to bread machine in order suggested by manufacturer; process on dough cycle. Remove dough from machine; divide into 8 - 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into 6" log.
Lightly spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Place bagel sticks on baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap; let rise until puffy, about 20 minutes.
In small bowl, combine remaining sugar with cinnamon; mix well.
Boil sticks in 3-4" of boiling water, 1 minute per side; drain on towel. Preheat over to 400 degrees. Roll logs in cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat. Place on prepared pan; bake in preheated oven 20 - 25 minutes, until lightly browned.
