Triplet Chiplet Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 C melted butter
• 3 C sugar
• 1 1/2 C brown sugar
• 4 t vanilla
• 2 t baking soda
• 1/2 t salt
• 4 beaten eggs
• 5 C flour
• 1 C white choc. chips
• 1 C milk choc. chips
• 1 C semi sweet choc. chips
• 2 C chopped salted cashews

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in microwave. This dough is stiff. Use mixer. Mix sugars with butter. Add vanilla, baking soda and salt. Mix well. If not too hot, add eggs. Mix well. Add 2 C flour. Mix well. Add chips and nuts. Mix well. Add remaining flour. Mix well.

Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Chill dough if too sticky.

Bake 10 -12 minutes at 350 degrees till nicely browned. Let cool 2 minutes on sheet.
