Ingredients
- 2 cans red beans,
- 2 onions, minced,
- 1 spoon tomato paste,
- 1 clove garlic, 1/2 spoon vegetable oil,
- 1/2 chopped fresh coriander leaves,
- 2 cups of water, Salt and black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil, add the onions and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the drained red beans and the tomato paste and coriander leaves.
Simmer, adding 0,42 oz of water, and cook for 20 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
