  • 1/2 spoon dried thyme,
  • 1/2 spoon sesame,
  • 1/2 spoon sumak,
  • 3 spoons olive oil,
  • salt

Preparation

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Rinse thoroughly, drain, then dry them well on a clean kitchen towel.

Mix 2 spoons of oil with the sesame, sumak and thyme in a bowl. Put the potatoes into a large bowl and mix with the oil mixture until well coated.

Put in the ActiFry and drizzle in the remaining oil. Cook for 35 minutes.
