Tuna in Miso Marinade

Ingredients
- 4 tuna steaks (about 6 ounces each)
- 3 tablespoons miso
- 1/4 cup mirin (sweet rice wine)
- 3 tablespoons sake
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons veggie oil (if needed)

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse and pat dry fish; place in a bowl. Stir together miso, mirin, sake, and soy sauce; pour marinade over the fish, cover, and marinate for at least 4 hours, refrigerated. Turn the fish once halfway through.
Afterwards you can either grill or saute the fish. If you want to grill it, use grill or oven broiler. Then broil or grill for about 3 to 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
If you wish to saute, heat oil and cook fish over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
