Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3- 1/2 . oz. pkgs. potato chips
  • 2- 7 oz. cans tuna, flaked
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 1/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. sliced and sauteed mushrooms

Step 1

Melt butter in double broiler, stir in flour and pepper, add milk and cook till smooth and thick. Combine 3/4 c.crushed potato chips, fish and mushrooms and sauce. Pour into greased baking dish and top with remaining potato chips. Bake at 350 for about 30 mins.
