  • 1 1/2 c. cooked noodles
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. scalden mild
  • Shrimp, veins removed
  • 14 oz. can pineapple cubes
  • American cheese, grated
  • Fine bread crumbs

Step 1

Add a little of the scalded milk to the 2 beaten eggs and return the mixture to the milk and noodles, stirring to combine thoroughly. Remove the blackline from shrimp and mand measure 2 cups. Drain the 14 ox. can of pineapple cubles and add the fruit with the shrimp to the first mixture. Pour into a buttered baking dish and top with grated American cheese and 1/3 cup fine bread crmbs. Bake 35 to 45 mins. in 350 oven or until the mixture is firm.
