Ingredients
- 1 16-oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 6-oz. can tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worchestershire
- 1 envelope Schilling Spaghetti Seasoning mix (do NOT substitute)
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 can mushroom stems and pieces
- 1 lrg. onion, diced
- 1 small bell pepper, diced
- 1 lb. ground beef

Preparation
Step 1
Satue' onion and pepper near doneness. Stir-fry meat (crumbled or shaped into balls). Combine tomatoe mixture and seasonings; simmer 1/2 hr. add onion, pepper, mushrooms and meat. Simmer at least 1/2 hr. (longer if possible) - very slowly. Higher heat may cause scorching. Spaghetti noodles can be cooked and added to the sauce to serve, or sauce can be served over the the noodles. "Personal preference." ~Norv
