Ingredients
- 2 med onions, diced
- chopped garlic
- 2 cans of corn
- 3 cans of tomatoes
- 1 4 lb. boneless pork loin
- 1 3 lb. bag of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 packets of onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 bottles of hickory bbq sauce
- 1 1/2 bottles of mesquite bbq sauce
- bottled hot sauce to taste
- spices
- water as needed

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pork loin with 1 packet of soup mix and water in a crock pot for 8 hours. Remove from crock pot, place in aluminum pan, cool then shred the meat. Refrigerate. Cook chicken with other packet of soup mix in crock pot for 5 to 6 hours. Place chicken in another aluminum pan, cool then shred. Take about 1/2 to 1 cup of liquid leftover from the pork and chicken and place in a large pot. Smoke the meats for 1 to 2 hours. Sautee the onions and garlic in liquid, until soft, add remaining ingredients and simmer for 3 to 4 hours, stirring often. Season to taste.
