Ingredients

  • 2 C AP Flour
  • 1.5 t Instant Yeast
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 C Warm Milk
  • 1 T EVOO
  • 1 T EVOO
  • 1-2 T Rosemary, Thyme, Italian Seasoning or Herbs de Provence - USE ONLY ONE HERB!

Preparation

Step 1

5-6 QT Oval Crockpot Lined With Parchment Paper, Spray With Baker's Joy.

Large Bowl Add Flour, Yeast & Salt - Mix Well.

Warm 1C Milk With 1T EVOO. Add To Mixture, Stir To Mix Completely, The Dough Should Be Sticky.

Place In Crockpot, Spread Out To Sides - NO HEAT. Cover With Lid, Let Dough Rise 30-45 Mins.

After Dough Rises, Brush On 1T EVOO, Add Favorite Herb, With Knife Slice 2-3 Slits Lengthwise.

Place A Towel Over Top Of Crockpot, Place Lid On Top Of Towel.

High Heat, Cook 1.5-2 Hours, Until Golden Brown.
