Delicious!!!!!!! This could also be made with chicken instead of shrimp.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 a green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 (14-1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- a shake or two of Sriracha hot sauce, or to taste
- 1 pound medium cooked shrimp, thawed from frozen
- 1 pound fettuccine, cooked according to package directions

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter; add onion, garlic, green pepper, salt, black pepper, and tomatoes.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the shrimp; continue cooking 3 to 5 minutes, or until heated through. Add sauce to fettuccine stir to coat fettuccine.
Pour in 8 x 13 inch baking dish, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and parmesan.
Heat in 325 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
