Ingredients
- WHISK:
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp. each low-sodium soy sauce and creamy peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. chili garlic sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- HEAT:
- 1 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 Tbsp. each minced fresh garlic and ginger
- 1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro
- Cooked stir-fry noodles or spaghetti
- Chopped dry-roasted peanuts

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together broth, sherry, soy sauce, peanut butter, chili garlic sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Heat peanut oil in a wok or large skillet over medium high. Add ground pork and stir-fry until cooked through, crushing with a potato masher to break up chunks, 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and ginger; stir-fry 1 minute. Stir in broth mixture; simmer until thickened, 1–2 minutes more. Stir in cilantro.
Serve Dan Dan Pork over noodles and garnish with peanuts.
