  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3/4 –1 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
