Ingredients
- Pork Tenderloin(split in half lengthwise) I stick butter
- 1 large onion, sliced 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- Morton’s seasoned salt, to taste red pepper, to taste
- lemon juice 3-4 slices bacon

Step 1
Season the meat with season salt, garlic and pepper. In large skillet, melt butter; add sliced onion and mushrooms. Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes, then reduce to low and continue to cook another 15-20 minutes. Pour over meat;
Squeeze lemon juice over the meat. Wrap strips of bacon around the tenderloin.
Cook in preheated 350* oven for 2 hours.
