Ingredients
- Crust:
- 30 crushed Oreos
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- Filling:
- 24 ounces cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 8 ounce sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 large Snicker Bars
- 1 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Glaze:
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Garnish:
- 2 large Snicker bars chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Crust: preheat oven to 375. Wrap bottom and sides of a 10 inch spring form pan with foil. In the food processor, crush cookies until fine, add butter and the water and process until well mixed. Press crumbs over the bottom and half way up the sides of prepared pan.
Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add sour cream and sugar. Stir in Snicker bars and chocolate chips. Pour over crust.
Bake for 64 to 70 minutes or until golden brown. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
Glaze- prepare glaze only after cheesecake has chilled the recommended time. Place chocolate chips, cream and butter in a bowl and microwave on high 1 minute and stir. Microwave 30 seconds until chips are melted stir until smooth.
To glaze and garnish-
Run a knife around edges of the cheesecake to loosen from the springform pan.Remove rim and transfer to a plate. chopped the Snickers into small chunks and sprinkle over the top and drizzle glaze over. put in fridge to harden.
