Ingredients
- 12 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 packets of Knox jello
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 6 ounce Cool Whip
- 1 pint Strawberries
- 1 pint raspberries
- 1 pint blackberries

Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Dissolve jello in hot water and set aside.
Add milk, vanilla and lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture.
Add gelatin and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into jello mold and set in fridge for 4 hours.
Un-mold jello. Mix all berries together and put them in the center and around the perimeter of the jello for garnish.
