Ingredients
- 1 Bag (16oz) or 41/2 cups frozen, shredded hash brown potatoes
- 2 Cups (about 8oz) cooked ham, cut into 1/2inch pieces
- 1 Can (12floz.) Carnation Evaporated Milk
- 1 Can (10oz.) condensed reduced-sodium cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbl Dijon or yellow mustard
- 1/2 to 1 Tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 pkg. (10oz.) Frozen spinich, thawed & squeezed of moisture
- 1 Cup (4oz.) Shredded swiss cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 400F. Grease 2 1/2 to 3 qt. casserole dish.
Combine: Potatoes, ham, evaporated milk, soap, mustard & pepper in large bowl. Pour half of potato mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with spinach and top with remaining potatoe mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake: 40-45min or until heated through ad lightly browned. Cool for 10min before serving.
