Ingredients
- 12 oz bag of white chocolate chips
- 1 container of premade cream cheese frosting
- 2 t cream of tarter
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 t cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Line an 8x8 in baking pan with foil or parchment paper, leaving some hanging over the edge. Set aside.
Mix cinnamon and sugar in small bowl until mixed thoroughly and set aside.
Place chocolate chips in a heat proof bowl and set aside.
Place frosting in a bowl in the microwave and heat for 20-30 seconds until it is hot and melted.
Add in the cream of tarter and stir thoroughly, pour 3/4 of the frosting over the baking chips and let the heat from the hot frosting melt the baking chips. Stir until all baking chips are melted.
With remaining frosting add 2 heaping teaspoons of cinnamon sugar mixture and stir until blended.
Pour 1/2 of fudge into the pan and spread out evenly. Pour the cinnamon frosting mixture on top and spread over the surface of the fudge. Pour the remaining fudge on top and spread evenly.
Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar mixture and pat into the fudge. Let set up in the fridge and cut into one inch squares.
