Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1/4 c finely chopped onion
- 12 oz corned beef, chopped
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 2 16 0z cans sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
- 1 8z pkg uncooked egg noodles
- 2 c shredded swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3/4 c cubed rye bread

Step 1
Preheat oven to 250. Arrange bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet, Toast until dry. Crush and reserve. Increase oven temp to350.
In a med bowl, mix soup, milk,onion, corned beef and mustard, Set aside.
Spread sauerkraut evenly in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.spread soup mixture over noodles and sprinkle with cheese. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with rye crumbs and sprinkle over cheese.
