Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower, divided into florets,
  • 3 apples, diced,
  • 4 ActiFry spoons raisins,
  • 1/2 ActiFry spoon curry powder,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon chopped fresh dill,
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon oil of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

Wash the cauliflower and divide up into florets. Dice the apples. Pour a small spoonful of oil in the ActiFry pan.

First add the curry. When it begins to smell good, add the cauliflower, apples, raisins and salt.

Add a good pinch of freshly ground pepper and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the dill at the last minute.
