Ingredients
- 1 large packet of lime jello
- 2 tbsp of lime juice or juice of one lime.
- 1/3 cup of boiling water.
- 1/3 cup of cold water.
- 2 8 oz packets of cream cheese.
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp coconut extract
Preparation
Step 1
Whip cream until thick. Set aside. Make jello with boiling water, stir until dissolved, add cold water and mix well. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy, beat in the jello mixture, lime juice, coconut extract. Beat in the cream, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
put mixture in to sprayed pie pan, shake gently to smooth out the mixture. Chill in fridge for about 2 hours.
