- 1.2 kg/2 1/2 lbs squid,
- 1 spoon wheat flour,
- 1 ActiFry spoon virgin olive oil,
- Garlic and parsley,
- Salt,
- Dill

Preparation
Step 1
Clean the squid. Season and coat with flour. Remove any excess flour.
Put in the ActiFry with the garlic and parley, along with a spoon of olive oil. Cook for 15 minutes.
Serve on a platter decorated with dill sprigs.
