Double Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

Ingredients

  • 6 T butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 20 oz. can pineapple slices
  • cherries
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over melted butter. Arrange pineapple slices and cherries over brown sugar. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and crushed pineapple. Pour over pineapple slices. Bake for 40 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and invert on to platter
