Ingredients
- 250 g/9 oz semolina
- 50 g/2 oz blanched almonds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 150 g/5 oz sugar
- 350 ml/12 fl oz skimmed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Brown the blanched almonds in the ActiFry for 5 minutes.
Add the semolina you have already soaked separately in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of water to the ActiFry and brown for 10 more minutes.
Pour the milk, vanilla and sugar mixture onto the browned semolina and almonds, cook for 10 minutes more.
Pour the cooked semolina halva in a large bowl, cover it with fabric for a few minutes and then serve.
