Ingredients
- 2 frozen deep dish pie shells
- Filling
- 4 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, cranberries, etc).
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare pie shells according to package directions for a double crust pie. Preheat oven to 400. Combine berries, sugar, flour and lemon rind. Spoon into pie shell. Cover with second pie shell, seal and flute edge. Cut steam vents on top. Place on baking sheet and bake in preheated 400 oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and continue baking for 30 minutes or till pastry is golden and filling is bubbly. Let stand 5-10minutes before cutting.
