- A:
- 1 pie crust, cooked
- 3 tomatoes, 1/2 inch slices
- 1 tbsp hot mustard
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 tbsp basil
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pie crust. While it is cooling slice tomatoes. Then cover them with salt and allow to dry for 30 minutes.
Baste prepared crust with mustard and sprinkle grated cheese. Place tomatoes on bottom of pie crust. Add mixture “A” and pepper to taste. Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes
