Ingredients

  • 5 oz shitake mushrooms, sliced (3 cups)
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz) baby belle mushrooms halved
  • 1 lb (16oz) portabella mushrooms, 1 inch dice (about 7 cups)
  • 1 jar (10oz) Italian Classics Balsamic Onions, drained and halved
  • Sea salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup (4oz) basting oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450
Combine mushrooms and onions in large bowl; season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour basting oil over mushroom mixture; stir carefully to combine.
Arrange mushroom mixture in single layer on baking sheet. Roast on center rack of oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350; cook 20-25 minutes until caramelized.
