Ingredients
- 5 skirt steaks
- bag of tortilla chips
- 2-3 c mozzarella grated
- 1 green pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 c sliced mushrooms
- salt
- pepper
- 2 T veg oil

Step 1
Oil in skillet on med high heat. Season steak and add to pan. Cook til done; remove and allow to cool. Slice up the rest of the ingredients and add to pan to saute. Remove from heat. Cut the meat into small pieces. Turn broiler to 400. Or lower so as not to burn the cheese.
Build the nachos. Cover the chips on the pan with half the cheese, then the veggies and steak and then the rest of the cheese. Broil 5 min.
