Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Mix above ingredients, then cook over medium heat until mixed and heated thoroughly and lots of juice has formed.
- Dumpling Dough:
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk

Mix together. The dough will be lumpy. When there is plenty of juice of the berry mixture lower heat and add the dough one tbsp at a time. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Do not uncover during cooking
