Bacon wrapped Barbecued Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Jack Daniel’s BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1/2 pound pepper bacon (or preferred bacon)

Preparation
Step 1
Cut slices of bacon in half
Cook bacon partially (should not be crisp)
Combine bbq sauce, lemon juice and garlic powder. Pour half of mixture into separate bowl for use later.
Dip shrimp into half of sauce mix and coat thoroughly
Wrap each piece of shrimp with ½ piece bacon
Place on skewer, leaving small space between pieces.
Brush grill with vegetable oil, place skewers on hot grill and baste with remaining sauce.
Grill for approximately 4-6 minutes.
