Ingredients

  • 14 oz seasoned turkey breast, cut into cubes
  • 12 oz sugar pumpkin, cut into small cubes
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 6 tbsp cranberry jelly
  • 1 1/4 cup veal stock (or gravy base)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the oil in the ActiFry. Add the onions and the seasoned turkey pieces, leave to color for 5 min.

Add the maple syrup and leave it to caramelize. Add the pumpkin and the nutmeg. Cook for 2 min. Add the veal stock and herbs, cook for 15 min

Thicken the sauce with the cranberry jelly, leave to cook for 2 minutes and serve.


*Chef Recommendations:*
You can, if you like, replace the maple syrup with brown sugar.
