Ingredients

  • 8-10 pieces of bread, cubed (you can leave crust on) enough to cover bottom of pan
  • 4-6 eggs
  • 1 pkg. of Jimmy Dean or bulk sausage
  • 1/4-1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4-1 c. grated cheese (enough to cover bread)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

Cover bottom of a 9 x 13" glass pan with bread cubes. Brown sausage and drain well, sprinkle over bread cubes, cover with grated cheese. Mix together eggs, soup, and milk. Use fork or whip with wire whip and pour over, covering all well. Bake at 350 for 50 mins. to 1 hr.
