Ingredients
- 4 egg whites (beaten well)
- 4 egg yolks (beaten well)
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1
To the well beaten egg yolks, add the sugar then the cold water. Stir well and add the flour in which has been sifted the baking powder. Stir thoroughly, then fold in the 4 egg whites beaten stiff, then add the vanilla. Bake in 2 layers and use whipped cream for filling. The batter is quite thin, but don't add more flour.
