Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. hot water or pineapple juice
- 1 c. cake flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- vanilla
- 4 egg whites
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Beat yolks, add sugar and water, then flour and baking powder . Next fold in beaten whites.
Into skillet put 3 Tbsp. butter and 1 c. brown sugar. Stir till mixtures becomes like syrup. Drain pinapple and place into skillet and pour cake batter over.
Cook in over at 325 about 1 hr. Remove from pan after taking from stove.
